 How to Use
Place the right amount of eyeliner on the brush, and work the liquid into the brush before use.
(If the brush is too stiff, press the tip on the back of your hand or other surface to form the right shape.)
Draw a smooth line holding the brush at a low angle.
For face cleansing, the use of eye makeup remover is recommended.
