Uses a soft, screw-type brush
・A soft brush that easily picks up the liquid.

How to Use
1) Put some of the Curl Styling Base on the brush, apply the brush to the roots of your lashes, and quickly flick the brush upwards, keeping it in place for a few seconds.
2) Move the brush from the roots to the tips of your lashes.
3) Hold the brush vertically and apply the fibers to the tips of your lashes. Also apply to your outer lashes and lower lashes.
4) Wait a short while after applying, then apply your favorite mascara over the top before the base dries.
